Q.  When I enter your website the links on the left do not work and the screen looks funny.
            A.  Our website is designed for a screen resolution of 800 x 600 or greater.  Also, if links
                  are not working try clicking the refresh button in your browser to ensure you are
   
               running the most current version of our website.  If you are still having problems
   
               please email Support.

Q.  When I login to Internet banking I get a, "Session Timeout Error."
            A.  We have found that the Session Timeout Errors come from Internet Explorer 6.0.
   
               Here are a couple things to try.  Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools-Internet
                  Options-Privacy Tab.  Make sure this is set to Medium.  Then click on the Edit
                  button on that same screen.  Enter in the following website address in the Address
                  of the Website field: 
                  https://ibank.pcs-sd.net/onlinebanking/login.r?t-bank=71109464
   
               Then click on Allow.  If you are still having problems please email Support.

General Suggestions

1.  If you are being flooded with pop-ups and error messages on your computer you may have
a spy ware problem. There are a lot of applications you can buy to fix these problems.
There is a free product called Adaware that works well for home users.
